So basically not only did Joel help us find an amazing home, fully furnished, mind you at the right price, but he also arranged for us to put the property in a corporation and is now helping us with the residency application process. Which is a huge help
We couldn't be happier now we never thought that we could buy a house remotely without actually visiting it and seeing it first however in dealing with Joel made it happen. All the services that he provides and all the reassurances that we received from him put us at ease. It totally made us feel comfortable with making such a decision.
Just to give you an idea what it included was several zoom calls that lasted for longer than I expected. A drone video of the property that Joel prepared, a full video walk through of the house, and third party inspection.
When we decided we're going to put in an offer had countless lengthy email communications. So what impressed us the most was just his commitment but his availability and desire to go the extra mile. To make things happen and to put us at ease.
Because this is a big decision especially for property that you've never visited physically. His continual communication with us was with us every step of the way. Essentially and he worked tirelessly and he continues to do so to help us achieve our goals.
We're just we're so grateful that we developed this relationship and we actually found Joel to help us out. Now my wife and I decided that our plan be will soon become our plan a as we plan to move to San Juan del Sur by year's end.
