Entering a new market can be difficult. It’s easy to make mistakes or connect with the wrong agent, lawyer, developer or agent. I can connect you with the right people saving you time and money.

It’s not just the deals I help make happen. Sometimes the value I provide is counselling against bad investments.

I saved a client $60,000 by counselling against investing in a hospitality business which looked OK superficially. But the accounting numbers were false and the corporate structure incorrect and therefore worthless. They would have lost almost all of it.

Another client saved close to $100,000 by advising against working with a certain “developer”. When that developer later ran off with his clients money, unfortunately, at least my client didn’t lose his investment.

In June 2020 we restructured a commercial investment including a real estate purchase to include the use of a corporation from the date of closing. The clients avoided close to $10,000 in double taxation and expenses that would have been unnecessarily incurred in their original plan. Thanks to a $120 investment and an hour of their time. That is an 111x rate of return.

I have been involved in transactions worth over $55 million dollars in the Central American region. I will not have ever answer to every question you may ask at first.

I deal with dozens of jurisdictions and the rules in each vary. What I will do is tell you if I don’t yet know., and research out the best solution for your unique situation.

Set up the correct structure from the beginning

In November 2021 I consulted on a seven figure deal with an international investor. Using tax accountants in the US and Nicaragua we created a legal tax strategy that allowed hm to save $300,000 in taxes over 15 years by creating a subsidiary here that can offset their US tax burden. All to the letter of the law, it just takes corporate and taxation strategy with someone who knows the experts in the field.

With my partners in Panama we set up corporations and bank accounts in Panama for banking, business operations, and cryptocurrency investors. Depending on your situation we can lower our total tax rate on global operations to as low as 5%. You can see more on that here.

3. Save your time

New markets mean new research. It can take a lot of leg work, time and searching to analyze all the options available to you.
